When they picked up my Dad to transport him to the hospital they went through his wallet instead of asking my brother to do it of if the hospital had his information removed his Medicare, ID and social security cards. They could have also handed them to a family member at any time or even once arriving at the hospital could have turned them in there, instead they kept the cards. Almost 2 weeks later I still have not received cards or even a call back from anyone. I have called them multiple times. Unprofessional! To have to worry about this while having to worry about my Dad is not right. There is more going on in our lives without having to deal with something like this.
