Meat cut with the grain
This is happening more times than you know and it doesn’t matter what store I’m in .I have tried to tell the slicer to turn the pastrami so it will cut right. It makes for a Tuff sandwich. I don’t understand why they don’t comprehend that cutting against the grain makes a tender sandwich . I now have to ask to se the meat before I get sliced pastrami. Theses stores are Representing Boar’s Head and the Quality of your meat, Gail Ward.
