I called roadside assistance on 04/14/2021 around 11 am. For someone to help me with a flat tire. They said help is on the way. At 1:30 pm. roadside assistance called me and said that the tow truck driver cancelled and can no longer come and help you, so we are sending someone else. It's now 1:45 pm almost 2 hours an 45 min. later. Now I decided to call AAA after I called AAA they were able to help me an even send help to fix my flat tire. AAA experience only took 15 min. from start to finish. Without having my AAA card handy an having to rely on Mazda roadside service I probably would still be stranded. Luckily I was in a safe place but what if I was not. From the time I left my house and returned home from the Mazda dealer it was a 6-hour trip just to go to Lows thank you, Mazda roadside assistance for screwing me especially on my birthday. User's recommendation: invest in AAA MAZDA Roadside Assistance SUCKS.
