I placed an order for chef pants as a birthday present. The item came up as back ordered, but stated that it would ship once it became available. My order and payment were accepted. Nearly a week later, their customer service team emailed me that the item is now discontinued and that a refund will be issued to my card. I am happy that they refunded me, however, I find unacceptable to take an order than you cannot fulfill. As this was intended to be a gift, the inconvenience is worse. Don't order anything that you absolutely want, as there is no guarantee you will receive the item.
