Maxxair Fan Ordered July 1, STILL NO FAN.

I ordered a Maxxair Fan on July 1 and was finally processed 3 days later. On July 7 I received a back ordered notification by email with NO expected date. Its August 3 and no fan, no correspondence. I called customer service today and after a 36 minute hold to speak to someone was told the expected date was SEPTEMBER 21st!! No care or concern for the agent and definitely NO APOLOGY. I Emailed Mr. if youre not happy Im not happy on July 7 and of course no response. My card was charged $300+ and my money has been hostage since. Run Far Far away from Gander Outdoors! Theres a reason theyve closed stores across the country. User's recommendation: Order elsewhere!
