However in that same email gives no clear directions and in fact the link provided takes the user to REPAY for the same. Expects user to be mind readers. On sending a complaint message he THEN tells you how to go about it (going through the original site the files were purchased from) However when going to THAT website and entering my email / password I get "email not found" error message. And of course their kludgey website has ZERO - ZIP - NADA - NO way to contact tech support. What a *** operation by a bunch of amateurs. Save your money. There's FAR better HDRI stuff out there for free. Max my ***
