Bought a mattress and it sagged within 3 months ( worst than the 15 year old one I got rid of)They replaced it and the same thing happened and now on my third matress that is doing the same thing. I want my money back ,they said no refunds..They rework old mattress. I bought from Mattress Avenue 6841 SR 54 New Port Richie Fl.34653..I don't want another mattress from the company! I call serta corporate they said the store deals with warranty problems. so again the customer is left with no recourse. I can go to small claims which will cost me more money that I don't have!
