I called and requested a mattress pickup, and I was told to wrap the mattress in plastic and place on the curb for pickup last Friday, Aug 6th. No one picked up the mattress, on Saturday I saw two pickup drivers and ask if they would take the mattress, and they refused and told me the company lied to me and that they always lie. I pay My bill every month and I did everything thing I was asked to do for the pickup and nothing. What do I have too, so to get them to pick up my mattress. User's recommendation: They lie.
