Massive complaint

I ordered a gift for a friends 60th Birthday, it is now over a week and the gift still hasnt been delivered. I have responded to an email that was sent, saying sorry but we can not deliver on the date that was agreed on the website. I explained that I was upset about this and explained what the gift was for ( a 60th Birthday). I have received another email saying the same brimming thing. How long is this rubbish going to continue? I have already paid for annual deliverys. I have also requested that a supervisor contact me by phone. I will be contacting your CEO about this.
