Marketplace transaction

I bought an item with free shipping. I realized I had an old card online and wanted to change it. It would not allow that without cancelling my order. I did so, added my card, and clicked "buy again " this time it had twenty dollars shipping added (which was not there before.) User's recommendation: Do not cancel an order if you want the original price!!!
