I am married to a moroccan man now for 3 years. I approached Capital Visas for a visa for him to come to the uk. I have called they sometimes get back. I have been told to do so many things to get the visa including being sick and appying for esa so that we could get the visa on human rights. Now after 4 months the visa was refused. I am now told that we cannot appeal on this . I was told at the time that i could
