I brought a brand new 2014 open range light and used it about 6 times. Every time we used it we had to repair something. The last time we used it the living room slide out floor delaminated preventing slide to close. I contact jayco and spoke to customer service rep Emily. I told yes its manufacturing defect but there nothing we can do for you. I will never buy another Jayco product in my life and I tell anybody who will listen to me run away from jayco products. User's recommendation: Don’t buy jayco product because they don’t stand by their product!
