I sent my opel Crossland model 2018 to Autogroup service center to check an A/C problem on 25 July they added freon and took it under observation for a week, it drainnedover all of it and was returned back to them now more than 6 days waiting for the part. They told me that they have to change A/C refrigerator and it will be under goodwill as I've been making all my car's services at the dealer since I bought it. I called them today and Have been told that they are waiting for the reply from Mansour service for the part and the percentage I will co-pay, although I requested an extension for warranty. Moreover, the part is not sent to them to start installation. And the said even though there is another part that has to be shipped by DHL
