I returned my old lease and it had 7K miles over the limit. When deciding to buy it out or lease a new Jeep they pushed me for the new lease & said they would cover the miles if I rolled my lease to a new jeep. 2 months later i get a bill for the 7K miles & return fee for the old jeep. When i called they said they did not recognize the deal but in good faith they would cover the deposition(return fee). Like i'm some sucker, its was my 3rd lease, anytime you roll your lease over you never pay a return fee. They asked if the contract stated they would cover the miles b/c they ALWAYS write in in the contract. The contract has no place to include that, it was merely a hand shake. However when i showed them my prior contract from 3 years ago it wasn't on their either but i got the paper work from chrysler financial & it showed they paid $2500 for excess miles. Don't go there!!! and if you don't don't use Mark Weisberg as your salesman, he is a liar!!!
