Carpet was cleaned and the tiles room has well an year ago ,the carpet smells like urine and the tiles grout are still dirty! my uncle he was 80 years old and never went to those back two rooms he had no need!my uncle passed away so we are painting the house cleaning getting ready to get rented we go in the back bedroom and stink like urine ! So I was pissed and I call Stanley and explain all that ,she tells me I need to pay again because the 10 days,its been an year .this company dishonest,they put a nice aroma to smell good and cover up the dirt!i never seen a carpet cleaned so fast ! User's recommendation: No!i do it myself!
