Manager said she could not replace/refund item because I had washed it.
The shorts I purchased had instructions to wash in cold water before wearing. After washing them, they did not fit, because they had shrunk. The manager said I could not return the shorts because I had washed them. I request replacement with size 10 shorts. User's recommendation: I would not recommend to future customers unless they are sure they would not ask for return/refund.
