Manager has poor customer service skills

I have tried to contact the manager in the New London office multiple times. Left him several voicemails, with zero replies. Went in to the New London office to see him personally and the nice lady in there told me he was not there and did not know when he would return. I asked her to have him call me, again no phone call. Waited a week or so, tried to go into the office to see him again, this time the office was locked up tight on a Wednesday morning at approximately 10:15 am. I have always had a great experience with the service department, the technician Todd that came out was always pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a great job both times he came out, however this manager is making it very difficult for me to want to stay with this company.
