Today the Manager, Elizabeth, at our Hover St. Store was Very Rude and I was standing in a line of over 16 customers, and she refused to open a second register to help the customers. She stood there and watched as us 16 customers stood in line for a very long time and a young clerk doing his best to help us. I approached her, and asked if she could open a 2nd register. She refused !!!!! I have never had this happen in this store before. I asked for her supervisor's phone number and she said No... So awful... User's recommendation: If the line is long, leave your purchases and go somewhere else. This is USA.
