For the last three months Ive bee getting charged extra for renters insurance even though I have it and the office has a copy of my policy every time I go and try to talk to Shannon she says she will take care of it and until today she hasnt. Very rude and unprofessional User's recommendation: Stay away from Shannon very unprofessional.
