Installation of upgrade installation has stalled. I Want installation to upgrade to be continued but find that I am unable to do that without help from you. I am receiving a notice from you that it has been closed. Although I have tried for several days now, I simply cannot delete it. Your customer service has not been of any help at all and I am asking you to address the issue and assist me in resolving the matter. Thank you, Irene Peterson
