One example recently you took the time to ban the account of Froster, however once he found out it was banned he immediately created the account Froster1 and was back. What he did deserved a ban but when you allow this to happen why do you even bother? Can't you make it so these disrupters go away for good since they spend very little and cause others to spend less even?
