To whom it may concern, I want to cancel or terminate the Malayan insurance family shield issued by RCBC bankcard. Upon our agreement through phone call the contract would last only until December 2019. However, the automatic payment is still processed to my RCBC bankcard ending in -1009 which should not be the case.
