I am a veteran and can get 10% discount in store purchases. I can order online and pay with PayPal but dont get my 10% veterans discount. How do I make purchases in store and pay with PayPal, or order online and get 10% discount and pay with PayPal? Lowes has a working system but Home Depot does not. User's recommendation: Use Lowe’s instead of Home Depot.
