Major delivery issue

hello, I have been waiting for a package, order # GSHMGP00B0006E0 and it has been sent with local canadian carrier Ant e-parcel. i am really concerned as there was an "attempted delivery" and now requires "self pick up". there is no address given for me to go pick it up, i cant find anything anywhere except for a warehouse in vancouver. there is no phone number to call and there email inbox is full so i cant send an email either. please help, i wish to submit a ticket to shein but that is unavailable currently too and the customer service bot is unhelpful. please, this is really frustrating. User's recommendation: Don't Use Ant e-parcel.
