Maintenance problem with MB service agent in Egypt

Reham El Massry Owner of : Mersedes- Benz B150 model 2009 WDD2452311J454178 Dear sir , This is a short notice & kindly bring your attention to my long lived problem with my mercedes car I'm an architect. In 2009 decided to buy and invest in a merceds , mainly reputed for a long life, time & trouble-free vehicle & not for the luxury of the car I bought the car and since day one, very regular in the periodic services at ANA ALEXANDRIA NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE the one only authorized service agent in Alexandria Egypt One month ago , my car recorded 116000 km , yet all of a sudden faced with operation problem. took the car to the agent and they replied I need to change the valve body of the gear box , a matter that is beyond my financial means at the moment by approximately EGP 20000, further investigation lead to the fact that,despite my regular service visits , the authorized personnel totally ignored to change the gear box oil of the 60000km service as per manual instructions , Furthermore I have done three periodic services after that one up-to-date the oil was never changed , Apparently being the cause for the defected item Having said that, I'm bringing matter to your attention with the request to kindly approve & instruct ANA to change defected item of no expenses from my part For ease and reference , I'm attaching the full periodic service reports and hope to hear from you soon as the absence of my car is hindering my job performance I await 10 reports are attached of the periodic services Thank you & Best Regards Reham El Massry
