maintenance of house that is vacant @ 7 lake meadow way, ormond beach, fl 32174

Your sign is posted at this address as the company responsible for maintaining the house and grounds. We have had two major hurricanes since Oct 2016 and the fence is down, pool enclosure screening is down, yard is a mess, and overgrown. its obvious whoever you are using to maintain the yard isn't doing their job or are not being paid on time, if at all, as the yard service changes from time to time. It is hard to understand why the financial institution that granted a $183, 000 loan on the property in 2007 and initiated a foreclosure action against the property in 2010, hasn't completed that action. We are a 70 unit HOA subdivision, and the deterioration of this property over the past 7-10 years is a detriment to the other property owners in the neighborhood not to mention the potential hazard because of the deterioration of the pool in the back yard, mold and mildew build up, in the structure, etc. I understand your company makes money off this property, for what service I don't know. It isn't for keeping the building up or taking care of the grounds. It would be much appreciated if someone from Servicelink would look into this matter. Albert Hull resident Park Ridge Subdivision Ormond Beach p.s. I have inquired with City of Ormond Beach regarding what they maybe able to do regarding this matter and even if condemnation proceedings might be in order regarding this property.
