It has been close to one year that our magic jack phone has not been ringing. It always says, "the magic jack number you are calling is not available to take your call.....please leave a message...." We also have not been able to make calls using magic jack as it says "please check the line". We have checked the lines several times without success. There is no effective customer service telephone contact with this provider. It's time for our renewal, but we need help to fix this problem. Thank you sir.
