I can hardly believe this website is called pissed consumer. I could hardly take it seriously and it does not sound like a grown up website. It kind of pissed me off that the name is so crude. I was not mad just missed an issue. Rajiv extended my subscription by one month which I thought very fair. . This name just not sound very MS and I think she should rethink this.
