I have had excellent pay record with them with 4 accounts ...all of the sudden they dropped my limit without cause dramatically causing my Fico score to drop because now it looked like I have utilized my limit above the standard.....I tried to contact them on this but it falls on dead ears as the customer service reps are just robots working for the company and reading scripts....I am so disappointed in this company after being with them for years and years
