Made a payment for a item.

I bought a item for $69 and have not received a tracking# or a receipt. I have tried to get a hold of them though customer service, but after sending many (20) emails I have received no response. It's been 4 weeks. I paid using PayPal. Now I need to file a fraud claim I guess. PS; my site checker said this site was safe. I wouldn't use it!! SCAMMED? User's recommendation: BE AWARE! There a good chance your going to lose your money.
