My granddaughter had three spoons and two forks in her hand one of your employees snatch them out of my granddaughter's hand for nothing granddaughter started crying I looked at her and told her what was she do when she just looked at me rolled her eyes and went away I was pissed told them what happened they asked her to ask my granddaughter what happened she told me the same thing what I told him she said sorry but didn't do nothing about it that lady kept on Staring as giving us dirty looks your employees there were talking about us what happened in Spanish my husband understand Spanish so he was telling me what they were saying there was only one employee that seen the lady do that to my granddaughter she looked at me and told me she was sorry she don't know why she did that told the manager that to the lady never came to my granddaughter to apologize to her and what she did by the way my granddaughter has a cast on her arm she did not have a plate with her my husband had the plate he only had a spoons and forks three spoons and Three Forks and she snatched them grab them out of her hand I was so mad that I wanted to hit her
