I was cheated out of $1.25. As I was inserting quarters, the machine reset itself to $0. I placed a refund request online. The system indicates that a check was sent. This was over two months and I have not received a check. I have sent messages to them through their website. No response. I have tried calling them. Nobody answers the phone. This company doesn't care about responding to people. If you get cheated, tough luck. User's recommendation: Don't bother placing a refund request. They will just keep your money.
