M2 Media – Very helpful customer service

I was very upset at first because I was not receiving my magazine. I called the customer service number for M2 and spoke to the nicest lady in the world. I had recently moved and the magazine publisher was sending the magazine to my old address. The M2 customer service lady explained to me that the publisher does not automatically forward the magazine, because magazines are something called "periodical class." So, anyways, she was able to make the change right there and then for me while I was on the phone with her. Her name was Sandra and hopefully the company gives her a raise! I'm really not that upset after all, but just wanted to give Sandra credit for how great she was! Sometimes these customer service people get overlooked.
