Lumber and concrete

I shopped at Home Depot in Elko Nv. On 2955 Mountain City Hwy . I bout fencing materials which was dog ear picket fence, 4x4 post 2x4, 60 lb Sakarya concrete, screws, hardware. Which total to $ 1182.15 + tax I'm a Veteran and ask for my 10% discount and was told they didn't give discounts on lumber and concrete.I live in So.Ca. and buy down there all the time and have never had a problem with my veteran discount. Thank You Miguel Bravo
