Good day, Lucan Lorenzo send me an email informing that it was not delivered as plan and need to contact you. It already reach here in the Philippines last 11/12 but i still did not receive the item. Can you help me check it. And if you are going to deliver it. Pls deliver from 8am to 6:30pm. Note: the email says DHl express in the photo but if i click the reference it is directed in your website.
