During the past year I have been receiving calls from LTD colletors saying that I had an outstanding balance which had not been paid. The deal is that I paid a grand total of $262.45 around may 2009. About 5 months ago a man from LTD called saying that I owed about $77!? WHAT THE ***!? I quickly stated that my last account statement said that I owed the big amount I had already paid. He didn't understand why then there was this charge, cause it appeared that the $262.45 were not completely paid and that $77 was owed to complete the payment. My husban sent them via fax a copy of the Money Order receipt and the Account Statement; we didn't here from them until today. September 4, 2010 we receive a call from a woman who represented LTD. She now said that I owed around $98 to complete the big amount of $262.45. once again, WHAT THE HELLL!? This little game is ridiculous; I cannot beleive these people trying to scam others. It's a company that deserves to be shut down for trying to take advantage of consumers. I used to be a regular consumer. I bought frequently form the catalogs because I actually found quality items to be among the selection; but not anymore. I'm done doing business with LTD.
