Instead you should be offering me discount for paying upfront for the whole year but no I am being penalized for being a loyal customer. When I talked to support, they said you can avail offer if you sign up a new account, mean they want me to create another account from a different email ID and I can get it but not straight or being faithful. I don't want to that and I will cancel their subscription this year. They don't need loyal customers. User's recommendation: Heads up before you sign up for Annual Bait.
