I was blind sided on my 2012 Toyota Highlander Trade-In value that was much lower then other Toyota Dealers in SC and NC. They offered from $14,600 to $15,200 for the same 2018 Toyota Highlander LE that was buying from Toyota Of Gastonia NC. The sales manager would not even talk to me about the reason for the very low trade-In as compare to other Toyota Dealers in the area. I was treated badly by this Gastonia Toyota Dealership as to the other Toyota Dealership in the same area. I contacted the BBB and the answer they received was the car needed work, which was a lie. The other Toyota Dealerships stated my 2012 Highlander was taken very good care of and didn't mention any work that had to be done! Toyota Of Gastonia did not offer me any compensation in which I requested $1,100.
