I purchased, a Whirlpool air conditioner on July 6th, it was over a $1,084 dollars. First of all they had to put a special order because they didnt have a 14,000 BTUs. I received text message a week later saying it was in the store, in Bayonne Lowes. Than the installer came to my house, it was being put in the wall, my tenant took the day off , He couldnt do it because they couldnt fine it. Than they had to come back two weeks ago. With another installer. Now Im very angry. They took out the old one which was 18,000 btus. Now they are coming July 27th. I have pictures of how it looks. User's recommendation: Never again.
