Update by user Aug 17, 2018 Wish I could delete this review but I cannot. I was asked by c.michael while working as their administrative assistant to try and "bury" bad reviews online. It was only after more experience with this company that I realized they deserve the bad reviews they get. I really witnessed daily service calls be pushed to the bottom of the owners priorities bc of new sales calls or new deals being signed. They company is a sham. Please. Just don't. Also - if you actually do fall for their crap- be sure and check the actual state their windows are energy star rated for. Believe me. Do yourself the favor. Original review posted by user Oct 11, 2016 They replaced 6 of my windows in June 2016. In July, a neighborhood child broke a window and they replaced it even though that type of circumstance, Alside doesn't cover under warranty. They replaced the window anyway, at no cost to me. I have had some condensation, but that's to be expected with brand new windows that seal your home up nice and tight. Humidity no longer has anywhere to leak out of - there for you see it on the windows when the temp changes. I have nothing bad to say about C. michael! I recommend them to EVERYONE i encounter who needs work done. They are wonderful to do business with!
