Hello I purchase a pair of LOVE hoop earrings on Nov 9, 2019, one of the broke today 02/03/2020. I reached out to Zales via live chat and i was advised i am past the exchange time frame and that i need to take them to a Zales store to see IF they can repair it. I live over 20 miles from the nearest Zales and i don't have time to go to a store to see IF they will repair them, this is why i shop online because I dont have time to go to the stores. I think is ridiculous that I can not get the earring replaced. I would like to issue a formal complaint as i have only had these earrings for just 3 months.
