Lousy or lack of service

Our Subaru dealership, Peltier of Tyler, Tx., prefers to tell customers they are liars without using that exact word. The technicians are not smart enough to diagnose a customer's complaint so they simply say the problem does not exist or is a result of "operator error" but don't offer explanations. Example is the navigation system which gets "lost" on roads which have existed for most of the past century but don't show on the map and then it gives the wrong directions at other times. The dealer and/or Subaru refuses to update maps. My Garmon GPS which is five years old is more up to date than Subaru.
