Lousy Customer Service for Delayed shipment

We ordered a recliner on May 10, 2021. On May 13, 2021 we received an email saying "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED" It's on the way. Tracking is available 24-48 hours after shipment notification.* It is now 11 days and the FEDEX site has no record of having received the shipment. Trying to explain this to a BJ representative was beyond frustrating. We have had BJ membership for many years but had never ordered anything online before. This experience will not encourage us to do it again. Your messaging is misleading at best. Emailing that the order had been shipped was deceptive and wrong. Compared to Amazon you have a lot to learn. User's recommendation: Do not rely on BJ's delivery dates.
