lots of bug cannot use online fax number. worst customer service ever. they kept ignoring my email. they have worst customer service. i bought standard service. they send invoice and charged my credit card. but i could not use this fax number. they kept ignoring my email. Their system issued customer support tickets 3-4 times. They never get back to me. kept ignoring. it's better to stay away from this company. i don't recommend this company at all.
