Lost shipment and pathetic support / service

I sent an item for overnight delivery on 19/04/2021, which should have been delivered on 20/04/2021. On 21/04/21, I started following up with their support, after finding no trace of my parcel since 05:36 on 20/04. They notified me that they did discover that parcel had not arrived, and gave me a case number. I am not impressed because all contact has been initiated only by myself. They did not contact me to tell me that my parcel was "missing". Also, all contact since, has once again been initiated by myself, with their "we are investigating", still all that i ever get back. I have just written them now again and asked for clear and valid feedback, esp with regards to status of investigation. I have also asked to speak with a person, and not just get "support team" replies, which is basically just them not committing any staff members to any real investigations.
