Lost key and Id

I got a new computer and tried to reinstall Malwarebytes. Help me please. I have key and ID but lost the paper I had wrote wrote down on. Does that make sense ? lol My license is up in Feb I think. i am using the trial one now and it runs out in 1 day. You people are hard to get a hold of.lol I can't remember if my name is Dennis R.Moore or just Dennis Moore 106 west 8th terrace Lawson, mo 64062 is my home address
