Lost items – no communication

88600**** order# These items were ordered on May 8th. They were returned to sender by UPS due to damage. I was refunded for two items (rice and Thai sauce) but have no idea about the other three items?? I do not know if they have been resent or will be refunded (granola bars, swifter wet and pancake mix) Could someone assist, and let me know the outcome of this order. Communication seems to be almost nonexistent. Thank you, Maria
