Lost card and need replacement

I've tried to call them, but I don't have the card number (it was a brand-new card and I got robbed for it and all my cards) it says my pin is wrong, so that's where it shuts me down, doesn't let me talk to anyone, explain anything. I'm in the hospital very sick, no help, I don't know what to do. At least let me cancell the card so no one can try to use it. No help at all from Direct Express. I need help, bad, and it's not helping my health, I feel sicker because of this... User's recommendation: Do not use direct express, it's a bad srvice.
