I missed my flight due to an unorganized gate departing for flight qmidil friday aug 20th. The agent was rushing people through and was very short and rude to me. Would not help me, and actually insulted me. It's my first awful experience with westjet. I didn't get my checked bag back and have been waiting with no feedback on when my personal belongings will be back in Calgary for pick up. I'm not from Calgary so I've been waiting for a call.
