Lost all my money for no product

I placed an order on April 1, 2021. Never recievied it, still haven't. Customer service is non responsive if they have customer service. Asked for a refund and got an email telling me to use a tracking service to see my shipment. I have emailed them several more times with no response. User's recommendation: never buy anything from them, ever...
